By downloading this App, the terms and conditions set forth herein shall automatically apply to you. Kindly go through these terms and conditions carefully before using this App.

You are not permitted to copy and modify this App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any manner whatsoever. Translation of this App in other languages, designing derivative versions, and infringing any intellectual property of SWAL will result in illegal action on your part. SWAL App along with all related information such as database, source codes and IP rights belong to SWAL Limited.

SWAL has pledged to ensure that the App is as beneficial and resourceful as possible. The App is presently free of charge for personal use and non-commercial use. SWAL therefore reserves its right to edit / withdraw/ commence commercial invoicing for the App related services at any time during your usage of the App. SWAL will never charge user for the App service without prior notice.

User should be aware that there are definite things that SWAL cannot take responsibility for. SWAL does not, expressly or impliedly, warrant, guarantee or make any representations concerning the use, results of use or inability to use or access the information or contents of the App, in terms of the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness, functionality, performance, continuity, timeliness or otherwise, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement with respect to the App and/or the content / service available on it. Also, any information or data or service available on this App may contain inaccuracies as the image processing is dependent on the artificial intelligence and machine learning related algorithms as well as image data availability. The services and contents provided by the App is for the purpose of identification of weed only. By reading these terms and conditions, the User is aware that the App is in the development phase and will not be operational now. Therefore, user is assumed to be responsible for the use of the App and for all the decisions to implement or not implement in action on the basis of any information or service provided through the App. Use of the App is the sole responsibility of the user. SWAL does not warrant that the App or functions thereof will be uninterrupted or free of any error or that such information will satisfy any intended purpose or requirement of the User. The App will require an active internet connection. The internet connectivity can be obtained via Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, however SWAL cannot take accountability for the App not working at its all functionality due to unavailability of internet access for the user. User assumes the entire risk with respect to the use, results of such use, in terms of the accuracy, reliability, performance, completeness, comprehensiveness, correctness, functionality, performance, continuity, timeliness of the information, data or any content available on the App. SWAL disclaims any and all liability, current or future, for any error made or omission committed with respect to the transmission of such data, user information or material available on the App.

You acknowledge your right to use the service is personal to you. You agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the service without the express consent of SWAL. You are entirely responsible for not maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You shall be fully liable for all use of your account, including any unauthorized use of your account by any third-party. SWAL will maintain your personal information in the strictest manner and will ensure maintaining the privacy of the personal information you provide. At any point, we may update the app. The App is presently available on Android – the necessities for system may be modified, and user needs to download the updated versions for using the App. SWAL does not promise of releasing updated version of App so that it is relevant to user and/or suitable with the Android version that user has installed on their device. However, user will always accept the updates to the App as and when offered. We may terminate the usage and provision of the App at any time without giving notice of termination to user. Unless we inform you or else, upon any termination, (1) the rights and licenses granted to user in the given terms will end; (b) user need to stop access and use of the App or delete it from their device (if needed).

We may modify our Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by making the revised version available on this webpage and will indicate at the top the date of the latest revision. You should check this Terms and Conditions on a regular basis, since revised versions will be binding on you. Any such modifications will be effective when we post the updated Terms and Conditions. 1. Information we collect and why we collect it:
1. a) We collect information to provide better services to all our users. We collect different types of information through App in the following ways: Information you give us:
   1. Our App require you to sign up with your credentials. When you do, we may ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number, etc. to store with your account.
   2. All other content that you post/share on any part of the App (such as photos and any other content that you upload, post or associate with your account);
   3. Interactions that you have with other users or content on the Service.
